The research that formed this thesis came out of the author's work with the Center for the Development of Evangelical Leadership, a Lilly Endowment research grant given to Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. The premise of this study is that presidents of evangelical theological schools are in strategic leadership positions to bring transformational change to the schools they serve.
