The project had four goals. The first goal was to discover the critical issues for revitalizing the Sunday school by surveying selected Hispanic churches and interpreting the results. The second goal was to determine the best practices for revitalizing Sunday school by review of Sunday school growth principles. The third goal was the development of a Sunday school revitalization strategy for Hispanic churches in the Baptist Convention of New Mexico with the assistance of a selected strategy development team. The final goal was the validation of the strategy by three small groups of selected pastors and leaders of Hispanic Baptist churches in the state. Equipping selected adult members produced a renewal in believers with a skill set of boldly evangelizing the unbelievers of Houston. This evangelism training allowed the church to refocus on the basic obedience of the Lord's commission and strengthened the individuals in their pursuit to be more like Christ. The project director used and equipping model with three phases to accomplish this project.Phase one of the equipping model was to research the field of evangelism and various evangelism models. Phase two consisted of synthesizing the essential evangelism skills discovered in the research into a training course. Phase three was the training workshop with selected adults. Laying a foundation for the project, in phase one of the project director researched the areas of discipleship and disciple-making to determine consistent, reproducible behaviors in replicating disciples. The project director compiled the findings of the research into a report ultimately identifying common, reproducible behaviors that facilitate disciple=making. In phase two of the project, the project director studied curriculum design and lesson writing resulting in a curriculum to use in the project workshop presenting the reproducible behaviors of making disciples discovered through phase one research. Phase three followed curriculum development. Phase three included organizing and hosting the training event to equip workshop participants in the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor learning domains. It has become difficult time for believers living in a rapidly changing society to gather in a church for the Bible study and spiritual education. As the age, occupation, and residence of believers have become more diverse, each person has a different time to be trained and educated in the church. Accordingly, a new method of education and training is required in the church.The e-Learning teaching method, which has become new teaching method, is well known and useful in general education. However, the e-Learning education and training method in local churches are not yet common. This is not only due to a lack of understanding of the approach for e-Learning education and training methods but also due to an absence of the implementation manual for application.The project director aimed to help understand e-Learning and to study the e-Learning education methods and a blended learning to solve practical problems needed for application. Using an equipping project model, the project director researched the field of personal worship practices. Using an equipping project model, the project director researched the field of personal worship and determined six best practices: prayer, bible study, meditation, praise, testimony, and service. He then developed a curriculum to equip the selected members of First Baptist Church of Chickasha, Oklahoma, with these six personal worship practices. Following a six-week format, the curriculum utilized a weekly group session based on a personal worship practice, followed by exercises and examples of expression of that practice. Coinciding with the curriculum, each selected member completed a pre-test and post-test, self-report questionnaire, and personal reflection as evaluations of the cognitive, psychomotor, and affective domains of learning. All of the research on this project was based on the environment in Suwanee city and Georgia State. And the practical goal was to establish evangelism strategy for the millennial generation.To achieve this object, the project director studied with 'Evangelism,' 'Strategic Planning,' and 'Millennial Generation.' After the study, the project director was evaluated by professional in the field of evangelism and strategic planning. In addition, the project director organized an evangelism strategy planning team and conducted a test evaluation and survey to analyze variously about the evangelism strategy. In conclusion, the project director developed effective evangelism strategies and methods. Furthermore, the project director also presented the developed evangelism strategy to the Suwanee Korean Church Pastoral Cooperation Committee. As a result, everyone agreed and approved the strategy.Through this project, the project director once again aspired to evangelism, the need for developing evangelism strategies appropriated to those who receive the Gospel has been felt. Hopefully, this project's all research and evangelism strategy will be use as a valuable tool of evangelism.
