Four films were used to deal with four topics. The films were: When Harry Met Sally, Driving Miss Daisy, Ordinary People, and Terms of Endearment.  The films chosen dealt with human sexuality, racism, dysfunctional families, and death, respectively.  Biblical research was done in the area of the church and images.  Sociological and psychological research was done related to students and the four topics.  Testing was done with a control group of 12 students and a group of at-large students. Southern Cheyenne and Arapaho beliefs and customs concerning death and burial are studied through interviews with Cheyenne and Arapaho religious leaders and relevant written materials.  Two sample Southern Cheyenne and Arapaho funerals described in the paper contain Christian and traditional Cheyenne and Arapaho religious elements. These funeral services are critiqued by practitioners of Christianity and traditional Cheyenne and Arapaho religions.
