The study consisted of twelve hourly sessions.  They treated both the theoretical and practical dimensions of evangelism.  Results were measured using the following evaluative instruments: 1) case studies; 2) pre-seminar analyses; 3) post-seminar analyses; and 4) seminar participant evaluation forms.  All of these have been included in the final project report.  The project was successful in assisting the nine seminar participants in their efforts to refine their analytical and relational skills. He enlisted six unchurched persons and led them in eight Bible studies which focused on the primary themes of the Gospel of John.  The evaluative instruments demonstrated that all of the participants grew spiritually as a result of the project. Now God needs trained Egyptian leaders to serve as His tools in fulfilling His Great Commission.  This project contributes to such leadership training.  The first four chapters detail relevant aspects of Egypt's history, culture and religions.  Later chapters discuss the obstacles to reaching Egyptians, suggests a bridge for reaching them, and considers the nature of the Egyptian church and its role in leadership training.  The final two chapters deal with resources for evangelization in Egypt and the role of Egypt in fulfilling the Great Commission worldwide. Two hundred and forty-four questionnaires were analyzed to determine the influence of the program on life style, witness and evangelism and to see if it encouraged and produced evangelism callers.  The results in general were positive. The author examines the biblical and theological mandate for mission as this mandate applies to the Air Force chaplaincy.  He compares a variety of methodologies, including church growth materials.  The author concludes that the military chapel community is part of the body of Christ and has the obligation and opportunity to witness.
