The purpose of this project was to develop a ministry evangelism strategy for Ridglea Heights Baptist Church, Escatawpa, Mississippi. The project was focused upon four main phases. First, the project director researched contemporary practices of evangelism ministry to determine what practices may be effective in the local community. Second, using demographic data and a local community needs survey, the project director and team analyzed the needs and lifestyles of the community in Escatawpa, Mississippi. Third, using a strategy team consisting of active church members, the project director developed a ministry evangelism strategy for Ridglea Heights Baptist Church in an effort to reach those in the local community who are not connected to another local church body. The project director conducted research in the areas of ministry evangelism, deafness, and deaf ministry. The project director selected a strategy team that assisted him in the development of the strategy. The project director researched and developed a profile of the local Deaf community, examined ministry evangelism and developed a report of best practices, created a ministry evangelism strategy, and presented the completed strategy to the pastoral staff of Central Baptist Church for approval and endorsement.  The project director engaged expert evaluation, research, surveys, observation instruments, and pre- and post-tests. The  project director led selected members of Cumming Baptist Church to develop a multifaceted relational evangelism strategy that will minister effectively to the millennial population of Forsyth County, Georgia. The strategy formation team met for six sessions to develop the strategy for the church. The project director insturcted the team on demographic data from Forsyth County, information on millennials found through research, best relational evangelism practices, the biblical rationale for relational evangelism, and strategy formation technique. With this knowledge, the strategy formation team, led by the project director, developed a multifaceted relational evangelism strategy. The components of the project included researching the field of missions as it relates to UUPGs, developing a seminar to train the selected members of MVBC to adopt a UUPG, and equipping the selected members of MVBC to adopt a UUPG. Experts were enlisted to help establish a standard for both research and seminar component quality. The project director's professional goals included increasing the project director's knowledge of adopting UUPGs and skills in instructional theory and curriculum design. The time is now to reintroduce the biblical and theological framework needed for revival to sweep across the America once again. But I must ask the question, 'Does the body of Christ desire to be renewed in their relationship with Jesus and share the Truth that transforms lives?' To answer this issue/question, I have developed a thesis-project called Time to revive: wake up tot he truth that transforms lives. This thesis-project contains four essential components - desire, design, disciple and divine - that serve as a model for any city interested in pursuing revival in our nation. With the conditions of revival (humility, prayer and fasting, seeking His face, and repentance) implemented in our lives, God has promised He will faithfully respond (2 Chronicles 7:14). However, God's response will vary in every location. When analyzing the effectiveness of a revival, in a location such as Sedona, Arizona, the most significant outcome is that the kingdom of God will be furthered by believers being revived, the lost are hearing the Good News of Jesus (evangelism) and being saved, and disciples are making disciples. These results occur not because of man's effort. By crossing this border to study, reflect and pray the Psalms together participants from LaGrave Christian Reformed Church and Guiding Light Mission formed genuine Christian community. Through theological reflection on spiritual formation and research from small groups it can be said that believers who are sent to cross borders are transformed by participating with Jesus in his incarnational work of sending his followers in mission. By crossing a socio-economic gap and participating in a small group, self-awareness in participants was enhanced which led to a transformed perspective about people on the other side of the gap.
