The author distills principles from his qualitative interviews with seventeen evangelists and church planters focusing on French youth. French examples of church models frame the findings. It emphasized a biblical understanding of God's true identity, the value God placed on people individually and the experience of contemplative prayer.  All eight participants demonstrated growth in their deepening experience of God's love for them.
