The final product is a manual combining theological, educational and generational research that can be used for teaching a class or workshop with specific relevance to teaching millennials, those born primarily in the United States from 1980-2000. This project included a quantitative paired-sample survey to evaluate the research data. Data analysis determined if a significant relationship existed which supported the hypothesis that implementation of a complexity leadership protocol could increase involvement of millennials as measured by beliefs, attitudes, and experiences.
