The program aims to foster the inclusion of adolescent new members into the congregation as active participants.  The design is offered to replace confirmational materials that induce passivity or confuse the history of faith and the growth of faith in persons. The congregation's work suffered due to a few workers being overworked and a majority of members having little or no responsibility.
