The project included three phases. During phase one, research was conducted in the fields of biblical worship, spiritual leadership, and multigenerational considerations. The second phase of this project resulted in using information derived from phase one research to develop equipping curriculum. The curriculum educated the leadership team in the field of biblical worship as well as the characteristics and formative events that define the four primary adult generations present at Summit baptist Church. The third phase of this project resulted in expanding the music leadership team to include members of every adult generation at Summit, presenting the curriculum to the team, and equipping the team to function as a worship planning team. She studied each of the four generations worshipping in churches currently. She shared preaching expectations of each generation as well as challenges facing pastors from each group. Through research and observation, she crafted six sermons in response to generational differences, expectations, and challenges.
