The project director researched models in order to understand intergenerational principles of worship.  A bibliography approved by an expert in the field and interviews with selected churches engaged in intergenerational worship served as the standard for this research. It explored the biblical and theological foundation for inter-generational ministry, and reflected upon current literature. The rationale was shared with the elders and the congregation, and they engaged in several events planned to include multiple-age groups. Their responses to these events and attitudes toward inter-generational ministry were collected through a congregational survey and from feedback from the leaders.
