Many churches appear to be unable to help Japanese Americans.  Understanding the origins of Christian faith is an approach that helps Japanese Americans interpret their history in the United States. The primary resources for this study are the life stories collected by interviews.  Ministry through stories helps people to discover their own important stories and find their own spiritual journey.  The ministry of sharing stories is a very loving and joyful process.
