This project was designed to equip, enable, and empower the laity to be participants in the worship experience that would enhance outreach in the local church. The project was designed around actions that were translated into acts of worship: equipping and encouraging greeters, sharing a life story or personal testimony, dramatic presentations on a youth Sunday and during the celebration of the first Sunday of Advent and Thanksgiving. The central question of this project is how do we transition the pulpit and the pew in such a way that we engage the whole body of believers at Sharon Baptist church?
