A three-month training module, including the MSCEIT and personal x-rays, resulted in EI growth among GEM's leadership team. Questions addressed include how to be more self-aware; how to give/receive feedback; understanding big assumptions or hidden competing commitments that prevent EI growth; and how to most effectively lead others by modeling high relational skills. EI growth is achievable and vital in the twenty-first century."],"rights_statement_tesim":["https://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC/1.0/"],"thumbnail_path_ss":"/assets/work-a3b75da7abded620ab321410c80d102e5e2417b71c54de7ba7d4b0363da904f7.png","suppressed_bsi":false,"actionable_workflow_roles_ssim":["f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-approving","f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-depositing","f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8-default-managing"],"workflow_state_name_ssim":["deposited"],"member_of_collections_ssim":["Denver Seminary"],"member_of_collection_ids_ssim":["e7af129f-938f-4821-9463-dc6ded35d563"],"visibility_ssi":"open","admin_set_tesim":["Metadata Only"],"account_cname_tesim":["rim.ir.atla.com"],"human_readable_type_tesim":["Etd"],"read_access_group_ssim":["public","work_editor"],"edit_access_group_ssim":["admin"],"edit_access_person_ssim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"_version_":1791134230983475200,"timestamp":"2024-02-17T08:31:53.324Z","score":1.0},{"system_create_dtsi":"2023-10-12T16:36:12Z","system_modified_dtsi":"2024-05-22T03:00:41Z","has_model_ssim":["Etd"],"id":"bdd2b325-da74-44fa-b81f-2d6fe2d3285a","accessControl_ssim":["6b92d948-57a7-4899-baab-947c09875566"],"depositor_ssim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"depositor_tesim":["ckarpinski@atla.com"],"title_tesim":["Equipping lay leadership through 'Nurturing discipline program' in Nakwon Methodist Church"],"date_uploaded_dtsi":"2023-10-12T16:36:08Z","date_modified_dtsi":"2024-02-17T03:35:48Z","isPartOf_ssim":["f6c99b2a-5c91-4444-8946-01a1837f1fd8"],"hasEmbargo_ssim":["b5963083-16fe-4216-b4c9-fe512f148ca8"],"hasLease_ssim":["31e88b66-870f-492e-b343-91c8c2256eb5"],"show_pdf_viewer_tesim":["1"],"show_pdf_download_button_tesim":["1"],"institution_tesim":["Atla RIM"],"degree_tesim":["Doctor of Ministry"],"degree_granting_institution_tesim":["Wesley Theological Seminary"],"advisor_tesim":["Kyunglim Shin"],"year_tesim":["2014"],"resource_type_tesim":["D.Min. The hospitality ministries team was created. In eighteen months' practice and teaching of radical hospitality, most key leaders are now younger, relatively new, or more engaging. The hospitality and shepherding ministry team actively practices radical hospitality for the congregation. The congregation has been appreciative of the new culture of hospitality.
