Weiterführend geht es der Frage nach, in welcher Weise vorrhandene Beziehungen verstärkt und neue Kontakte geschaffen werden können.  Besondere Beachtung finden die Bestrebungen, den Bezugsrahmen über die kirchlichen Bereiche hinaus zu erweitern und die Öffentlichkeit über die Printmedien einzubeziehen.
