Understanding the practices, motivations, and challenges millennials face will help the church emphasize mission. This research required millennial participants who could communicate in depth about their practices, motivations, and challenges in mission. Therefore, the study sample consisted of millennials in the church who are actively and regularly involved in both gospel declaration and demonstration. Esta tesis buscó las causales de una iglesia en mantención, tales como, problema de mentalidad, de falta de visión, de liderazgo, de resistencia al cambio, etc. Investiga además el tema de la personalidad en el ministerio de un pastor. They met for eleven sessions of four hours over twelve months. A pre and post 360 survey, correspondence, field notes and session transcripts provided data that indicated positive development of the participants' missional leadership capacities. Experimentation, cohort learning and both experienced and local coaching were among elements that contributed to this development.
