Following the Ministry Skill Enhancement Model, I researched the field of visionary leadership and missional movements to identify components of effective vision-casting and missional living. The implementation of the project was accomplished through the delivery of a series of compelling and actionable teachings that expounded upon the biblical components of effective missional living. At selected points within the implementation of the project, I enlisted expert evaluators and select members  of First Baptist Church, Locust Grove, Georgia, to respond with questionnaires, assessments, or reviews —in accordance with their roles. With a multifaceted approach—encompassing the 4-part “Sent to All Nations” course that provided theological education and practical training, as well as surveys and interviews—the project aims to uncover obstacles, beliefs, and perceptions related to ecclesiology and mission work within my parish. Central to this endeavor was clarifying the interconnection between Christology and pneumatology with ecclesiology. The author explored leadership through the lens of Christ’s roles as prophet, priest and ruler, applying this model to his own leadership journey and to the context of cross-cultural marketplace ministry.   \r\nThe research project incorporated the Evangelical Fellowship of Canada (EFC) 2016 Canadian Evangelical Mission Engagement Study (CEMES) survey, which viewed the idea of professionals and business owners working cross-culturally as missionaries positively. Pastors were asked for more information about their church’s engagement with professionals and business owners interested in cross-cultural mission work. The responses to the survey suggested that pastors viewed this approach positively but not many of their churches had made use of the model.
