Combining these techniques with the Church Growth theories of Donald Gavran and his followers, the Church developed ideas of preaching to specific niche audiences and demographic groups.  In recent years there has been considerable conversation about what it means to be missional.  This thesis-project shows that the Bible presents a model of preaching that is appropriate to every age and culture. Using action/reflection methodology, the project considers four outreach initiatives made by the congregation in the period from 1998 to the present -- a weekly community meal, a child care center, a neighborhood housing development organization, and collaboration with Narcotics Anonymous. The project director explored the area of social media in order to discover the best approaches to engage unreached people groups through social media. Two professional goals assisted the project director to create the social media strategy. First, the project directer increased his knowledge of the unreached and unengaged peoples in the cluster. Second, the project director increased his social media technology skills. A small group of missionaries from the Arabian Peninsula \u0026 Levant Cluster gave assistance to the project director in formulating the strategy. The project director then presented the strategy to the Cluster Strategy Leader. Experienced multicultural team missionaries were provided with 12 team-related factors to be evaluated. The top three factors were distinguished as: Team management, dealing with conflict and inclusion in decision making.
