The research method was a nonrandomized select sample utilizing two control groups. The Palmore FAQ quiz and the Kogan scale were used to identify the presence and effects of ageism. A four-session equipping course was used to treat the group of senior adults.  The treated group was observed to determine whether they would become involved in church ministry after the treatment. In an effort to enrich worship and eliminate diverse rites, a group of church leaders were taken to different churches to experience how other denominations worship.  The author discovered that what he considered stale, senior church members considered comfortable and meaningful.
