Through this project, the candidate recruited, trained, and coordinated five teams of senior members in providing spiritual services in four community older adult residential facilities.  The thirteen participating senior believers ministering to other seniors overcame common challenges older adults face and found a renewed passion for service. Upon completion of the project, it will be implemented at Hill View as its pastoral care and spiritual life program.
