The right interpretation of ancestral worship became a hot issue in the history of the Korean Church.  This project cultivated a practical theory of ancestral worship according to the biblical, theological, and liturgical perspectives of Christianity.  The project searched and analyzed the problem of ancestral worship through a questionnaire which was addressed to the ministers in rural, urban, and metropolitan areas. The proposed model was tested with five selected test training groups and evaluated by trainee-evaluators of the same test groups.  The result was positive.  There is an urgent necessity and sufficient possibility for revision of the present situation of church school leadership training to a non-directive training approach in the
