It documents an action in ministry consisting of a series of ten experimental sermons which were intended to be therapeutic for listeners.  These sermons began with the ten 'irrational beliefs' from Albert Ellis' rational-emotive therapy, and reframed common psychological problems in terms of the Christian gospel.
