The tenets of capitalist economics as practiced in the marketplace are typically accepted as normative for all. This thesis-project presents a viable alternative business model for doing good work that focuses on the system of work. It shows how spiritual transformation is necessary to escape from the psychological influences of cognitive dissonance and self-justification. It provides data that show business people are open to being transformed.
