Signs and wonders have a place in demonstrating God's presence and possession of his people in total blessing and total demand.  Principles of the Kingdom of God form the basis of the study which points to the relevance of signs and wonders, especially healing, in the life of the church. A life situational approach to preaching and teaching was developed for naval deployment, in light of the twentieth century American life situational preaching of Harry Emerson Fosdick and Edgar N Jackson, and Lewis Sherrill's theology and practice of Christian education.  A religious program resource (the study guide) was developed and was used successfully by naval shipboard chaplains.
