An instrument of evaluation consisting of interviews with principals and questionnaires of students and alumni was prepared and administered. The findings were analyzed.  It was observed that since institutional integration was not possible, nor advisable, the best way to cooperate and share resources would be to suggest degree program integration. This would assist to integrate knowledge, experience, and practical skills in a balanced way. Twenty theological students from five nations in Eastern Africa participated in the training.  The author's teaching methods included experiential learning techniques.  He administered the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and the LIFO Survey to facilitate greater self-understanding.
