The hypothesis stated that such materials would motivate families to conduct Bible studies with their children.  A parent evaluation of the project and a Bible test for children did not validate the hypothesis, but they did indicate that parents would welcome help in teaching the Bible at home. Content retention was measured through a pre- and post-test.  Personal impact was measured by interviews.  A series of ten sermons was preached, evenly divided in style between narrative and propositional.  It was concluded that the actual content was more important than the form it was presented in.  Neither form rated higher in specific impact.
