The case form and methods used in the Readiness for Ministry Test of ATS were studied for guidance. With the assault on the outdated model for relationships of the dominant-superior 'partner' and a submissive-inferior 'non-person,' it is imperative to develop models and guidelines for doing ministry with straight, white, North American males.  The project discusses three retreat models and a mid-life counseling method with such males.
