Method: A complete study of the five leaders of Eph. 4:11 identified biblically defined behaviors performed by each.  Interviews with practitioners in each category (15 total interviews) found modern parallels of behavior.  Behavioral questions were developed for use in interviews. Each year, it has twenty big teaching group meetings and twenty small group meetings.  Two evaluation tools are used.  Pretest and posttest surveys evaluate its effectiveness to equip Christlike servant-leaders according to both the participants and the wives.  Men's ministry group meeting survey evaluates the strengths and weaknesses of all meetings.
