In answering that call, this church hosts a day-care center for children of working mothers, a weekend hospice for youth, a coffee house, an emergency winter night-care shelter and hospitality center, a free medical clinic, a Bread for the City Center offering food, clothing, and counseling, a thrift shop, a telephone hotline, and four hospitality houses offering shelter and rehabilitative aid to homeless people.
