Edgewater is a racially and economically diverse congregation on Chicago's north side; once a booming, 1,500-member enterprise, it is now faced with possible extinction. This project grapples with how leaders can lead in such a situation: How do leaders keep faith with ordination vows and remain relevant to an ever-changing community?
