It is important to provide a relevant equipping program to transform the young-old from retiree to an active servant of God, thus to live their life fruitfully and meaningfully and accomplish the task given by God which serves to bless the middle old and old-old generation. This paper focuses on two main areas: the transformation principles through the study of the life of Moses from shepherd of the flock to the leader of the Israelite crowd, and a study of the equipping program of the Golden Army of Heaven (GAOH) and modifications of it to suit the Singapore context. To achieve this objective, the thesis will focus itself on the following sections: . What is solid waste? . What is the history of managing solid waste in Ghana? . Why is it important to manage solid waste for matters having to do with the economy and health? . Understanding solid waste management in theological perspective. On solution, the aim of the thesis is to develop a theology of stewardship as a response to the solid waste problem in Ghana. These challenges can include financial and health concerns, future living arrangements, final wishes, and discovering the ultimate value of one's own life. Tragically, however, widows, widowers, the never-married and divorcees are often left to contend with such issues alone. Meanwhile they may have adult children who will also be deeply affected by these issues, and are able to help. But that help rarely comes. Instead silence, ignorance, and misunderstanding prevail between the generations regarding the realities that will impact them both. This project is an examination of these issues and the reasons that prevent aging parents and their adult children from discussing them constructively. HOLD the children's work is patterned after the Two Hands Ministry Model of Jesus. The Bible has much to say about poverty and peoples responsibilities concerning it. Development experts estimate 1.4 billion people live in extreme poverty-subsisting on a {dollar}1 a day or less. There is extensive debate over how to effectively eradicate extreme poverty. Haiti, the context for this case study, is the poorest country in the Western Hemisphere where 78 percent of its people live in poverty. A significant problem in Haiti is hunger. A storied, church-based biblical theology of R \u0026 D traces the themes of God, His people, and His land through the scripture. The thesis is developed that the kingdom advances over the earth through the apostolic establishment of new kingdom communities, who function with a kingdom economics, i.e., kingdom outposts.  Kingdom outposts are the locus of R \u0026 D.  Haiti suffers extreme poverty in spite of decades of evangelism and conventional R \u0026 D. People from around the world with different customs, values, and beliefs are now living in close proximity to each other. To effectively engage in ministry in such a multicultural context will require leaders to intentionally develop competencies for their intercultural journey. This research project examined how ten three-hour sessions of training delivered over a 16-week period impacted the intercultural competency of eighteen Christian leaders from diverse cultural backgrounds. Three conceptual models that were foundational in designing this training: Bennett's 'Developmental Model of Intercultural Sensitivity' (Bennett 1998), Deardorff's 'Process Model of Intercultural Competence' (Deardorff 2006), and Berry's 'Model of Acculturation' (Berry 2005). Both the IDI assessment and participant feedback suggested a significant development of intercultural competency of the members of the study group, indicating that a training intervention such as this could increase a leader's motivation, cultural self-awareness, knowledge and skills enabling them to navigate the complexities of intercultural ministry.
