Utilizing the Interpretive Phenomenological Approach, seven detailed ministry narratives are analyzed to identify the spiritual disciplines that sustained these individuals throughout their vocational journeys. This project responds to the spiritual and bodily harm of colonialism, capitalism, and white supremacy, which manifests as disembodiment, dualistic thinking, and perfectionism.
