The author concludes that the epistle of James is a thoroughly Christian work that fits the setting of the dispersion of Acts 8. A program was developed that consisted of ten training sessions.  The experimental research method was employed, utilizing an experimental group and a control group.  Evaluation methods included pretest/posttest questionnaire, critical observation, and participant evaluation.
