However as fewer families regularly cook and eat together, this vital link between the feast around the kitchen table and the Eucharistic banquet has been weakened. Using a small group format, this parish-based project provides an antidote for this troubling situation through a program to highlight the spiritual potency of preparing meals and dining in common. This elision from worship, education, and devotional practices is analyzed from feminist and ecofeminist standpoints as a kyriarchal cultural construction which structures perceptions of reality into an interlocking patrix of impasses based on A/not-A dichotomies. This ministry project bypasses malestream impasses by constructing an ecofeminist spiritual practice around a model of braided stream systems borrowed from the geological sciences. The volunteers for this study were Anglican clergy from the Diocese of Huron.  The project has grown out of the traditional Anglican demand that the clergy participate in a discipline of daily offices, the sense that these offices no longer meet the needs of the clergy, the Myers-Briggs personality type indicator and various forms of Lectio Divina.  From this I developed specific daily offices for each personality type.  The volunteers filled out a pre-test survey.  Then they followed the daily office for their personality type for one month and finally filled out a post test survey. 94.4% of the clergy surveyed said that the traditional daily offices did not meet their needs for spiritual development and nurture.  There was no significant difference by personality type. This project asserts there is profound meaning in Jesus' summation of the law given in Mark 12:29-31.  Namely, the way in which one loves oneself is integrally related to the way in which one loves his/her neighbor and God. The particular context of this study was General Association of General Baptists.  The participants were given a researcher-designed questionnaire.  The findings of this study demonstrated a positive relationship between church health and church growth.
