This project followed the strategy-planning model  outlined by New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. The project examined the characteristics and needs for ministry staffing at Sonoraville Baptist Church by reviewing applicable demographic and psychographic data for our community and church. The project also explored the field of ministry staffing to discover best practices through a review of available resources and interviews with pastors of growing churches. I developed a ministry staffing strategy to guide future staffing philosophy and decision-making at Sonoraville Baptist Church. I led a select team in designing a strategy for the church to  use as a resource and guide when God calls students to pursue a career in vocational ministry. The strategy includes steps based on research into best ministry practices in the field and on survey results from students, parents, and current North Metro staff ministers. This project provides a reproducible framework that churches can adapt to disciple and deploy the next generation of ministry leaders. It also establishes a pathway for ongoing mentorship, evaluation, and support for students sensing a call to vocational ministry. A strategy model with four project goals guided the development process. The first project goal was to examine critical issues in the membership assimilation  process. An internal audit and a survey of JBC attenders identified twelve critical issues in the membership assimilation process. The second project goal explored the field of church membership assimilation in order to \r\ndetermine best practices. By assembling an annotated bibliography and assessing select church assimilation models, I determined best practices for membership assimilation. The third project goal developed a membership assimilation strategy for attenders of JBC. A strategy team utilized the identified critical issues and best practices to develop the membership assimilation strategy. The strategy established a simple path that moves attenders into meaningful, active membership. On December 14, 2025, I  completed the fourth goal by presenting the strategy to JBC members. I researched the field of discipleship and, along with the wisdom and planning of a Strategy Team, created a strategy for strengthening and developing small groups and micro-groups. I implemented four elements to develop the disciple-making strategy: (1) explore disciple-making needs for FBCCH; (2) explore existing models of disciple-making to determine best practices; (3) develop a disciple-making strategy with the help of a Strategy Team; (4) present the strategy to ministerial staff and key leaders of FBCCH. The project was evaluated by various experts, as well as the use of assessments, rubrics, and pretest and posttest. The project’s initial phase consisted of an internal audit of First Baptist Church and a demographic study of Sulligent, Alabama, to identify needs that existed for people with special needs and their families at First Baptist and in the community. The second phase involved researching existing strategy models of special-needs ministry to determine best practices. In the third phase, I led a strategy team of selected church leaders and experienced members to develop a strategy for a special-needs ministry. Over six strategy sessions, the strategy team used research and studies to develop a proposed strategy for First Baptist to minister to people with special needs and their families at the church and in the community. The project began by researching the internal and external demographics of Providence. Next, extensive research of revitalization principles was conducted through exploring church revitalization literature. The internal and external demographics gave direction on which revitalization principles would be effective in the context of Providence. After selecting the relevant revitalization principles, I convened a strategy team. The selected men and women represented various ministries, personalities, age groups, and spiritual gifts to promote diversity. The strategy team then developed    \r\naction steps to implement the determined revitalization principles. Welch College is a Christian college located in Gallatin, Tennessee, and is owned and operated by  the National Association of Free Will Baptists, Inc. To develop an organizational strategy, I examined internal audits of the Office for Institutional Advancement, explored existing advancement departments of select Christian colleges, and researched current literature in the field of Christian higher education fundraising and development to determine best practices. Using the discovered best practices and information gleaned from the audits and surveys, I led a strategy planning team through a strategic planning process to \r\ndevelop an organizational strategy for the Office for Institutional Advancement. The final strategy included (1) the purpose for the advancement strategy, (2) seven strategic waypoints that govern the strategy, (3) needed personnel, (4) principles for implementation of the strategy, and (5) potential pitfalls or threats to the strategy. Using a multimedia presentation, I presented the finished redesigned organizational strategy to the President of Welch College, Dr. J. First, the project director investigated the Haitian demographics of Everett, Massachusetts, to determine the corresponding profile in two steps: compiling the data and evaluating the community. Then, the project director explored existing revitalization strategies to identify best practices by looking into similar revitalization strategies from literature and other church practices. Furthermore, the project director developed a revitalization strategy for SHBC by selecting and training a team and establishing a revitalization strategy. The project director accomplished this in four steps. Step one was to gather the demographics of Lee County, Alabama, to better understand the need for age-graded discipleship. Step two was to explore the existing models and methods of discipleship to find best practices. Step three was to develop a discipleship strategy for the NextGen ministries at First Baptist Church of Opelika. A strategic planning team was used to develop the strategy. At the conclusion of step three,a comprehensive strategy, including a mission statement, vision, core values, milestones,and key events, was developed. The final step was to present the strategy to the Executive Team at First Baptist Church of Opelika for evaluation.
