The author provided research, recommendations, and personal reflections in the arena of evangelistic intercession. Chapter 1 of this project provided the purpose, goals, limitations, and research methodology of the project. Chapter 2 examined the biblical and theological issues surrounding evangelistic intercession. The life and ministry of Charles Finney was presented in Chapter 3. Chapter 4 provided a detailed account of the implementation of the evangelistic intercessory prayer strategy. The strategy emerged from research that included interviews, extant literature, and observation of the Nation of Islam that uncovered those factors that contribute to black male aversion to church. The project concluded that the primary deterrent to black male church participation was the failure of the black church to develop and implement outreach strategies. When one considers the poverty, geopolitical distance, backward or even barbaric lifestyles, and spiritual resistance of these peoples, there is little wonder why they remain unreached.  The Lampungese of South Sumatra, Indonesia, represent such a people.  They are culturally separated from the Javanese and Batak Christians who live in their province.  They are geopolitically isolated from the main island of Java and they are economically and technologically challenged, having been slow to adjust to the modernization happening around them. The project leader will select members from within the staff of the International Sports Federation to form a research development team.  The team will work together with the project leader to develop a training manual for sports mission team leaders.  This project will include a seminar for potential sports mission team leaders, who will learn tactics and principles for recruiting volunteers to fill sports mission teams and raise the necessary funds. Chapter 1 serves as an introduction strategy. In Chapter 2 the author addresses the biblical and theological concept of missions as it is based on both the Old and New Testament perspectives of mission. In Chapter 3 the author gives instructions to the context, which administration, organization and the content, which is appropriate for this ministry of evangelism to the Digo people. In Chapter 4 the author addresses the methodology regarding how the implementation of this mission strategy will be carried out.
