The project introduces the need for an outreach. It validates that outreach is foundational and should move a person into a promotional commitment to follow God on mission. God's mission continues in contemporary times from the New Testament today through Sunday School outreach. The framework is through organizing and initiating an outreach program. Biblical and historical foundations for prayer and evangelism are presented along with the thoughts of Jonathan Edwards and Charles Finney to build a foundation that prayer will lead people to be outwardly focused. Definitions of prayer are presented along with evangelistic models that lead people to be outwardly focused. The author utilized Vyhmeister's Quality research papers, chapter 13, to create a 'Program development model' as a form of research. The event included coordinated Sunday school classes, morning worship, and Bible study, all based on the lectionary passages for Epiphany.
