Matthew","Conflict management"],"language_tesim":["English"],"abstract_tesim":["Would instructing employees in a Christian ministry organization in how to implement the dialogical conflict resolution methodology in applying Matthew 18:15-17 indicate that these employees will more effectively resolve conflict? The research administered the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI) and four employee conflict resolution seminars to Christian school faculty members to measure relatively effective employee conflict resolution behavior.  There were no statistically significant results between pretest and posttest for the total group or for the men or women faculty. The author envisioned retaining and training young married professionals as the answer to this dilemma.  The recent influx of young married professionals into his church gave the author opportunity to implement a discipling project.  The participants were trained in three areas: interpretation of the Bible, teaching methodology, and understanding the pupils.  The entire process took twenty weeks to complete.  Three kinds of evaluation instruments were employed: pre/post-tests, pre/post-session teaching assignments, and questionnaires.
