From a Christian perspective, a critical reading of the financial meltdown in the year 2008-from Pope Benedict VI, Archbishop Rowan Williams and Reverend Stephen Green, to name a few-pointed to a dichotomizing mindset underlying a lack of consistency in ethical behavior among individuals and corporates which precipitated this economic catastrophe in the first place. Against this backdrop, the overall objective of this thesis-project was to develop a template that would form the basis for a three-credit course to equip Ministers of the Word in their Ministry towards Corporate or Business Professionals. A handbook includes practical guidelines for organization and activities for program. The conclusion of the study shows that process thinking, inductive reasoning and faith development research provide the basis for a dynamic Christian community.
