The methodology is feminist and therefore attempts to break free from traditional understandings of research. The focus of the research is on the women's experience of ministry and supervision and their understanding of spirituality and their vision of ministry with women.  The insights from this study include the effect of patriarchal structures on women, the lack of skills of critical analysis to identify patriarchal reality, the minimal support and nurture for feminists' spirituality, and the limited provision of opportunity to discuss theology from a feminist perspective. Instructional objectives are stated as learning outcomes and defined in terms of specific behaviors that students are expected to demonstrate.  The author attempts to identify various aspects of the evangelistic task from which specific component skills are extrapolated.  Measurements are accomplished by the use of performance observation and by a pre-test and post-test in the form of a semantic differential taken by participants and two control groups. The goal was to foster personal growth in seminarians as they prepared for pastoral ministry.  In the project, the first division documents how this experiment in personal growth was carried out.  Section A carefully outlines the methodology used and describes in detail the composition of the class of students.  Section B reveals how tensions arose in the group which ultimately forced modifications to the course. Section C highlights the innovations used to foster further fellowship and growth.  Section D explains and gives the results of the various testing used to discern growth in the students.  These tests indicated clearly that the students did grow academically, professionally, and personally as a result of the project. Seven strategic appendices are also included: the course syllabus, the leadership manual on the pastoral epistles, the Bible study manual on the Gospel of Mark, the leader's manual for training leadership for small Bible study groups, pastoral notes, evaluation-testing sheets, and material on
