An ethnographic approach to ten church plants were included in this study. Three of the plants were investigated further with additional site visits, surveys and interviews with leaders and members of the church plant community. Four key principles were identified that contributed to the success of the church plant. This project seeks to implement Customer Relationship Management (CRM) as a tool for developing services to all customer segments of any local church and, therefore, can be applied to the corporate leaders. Lessons from business have demonstrated the CRM is difficult to implement. A CRM framework, such as Gartner's eight block model, would help local churches leverage the benefits of CRM while avoiding the known risks. This thesis pursues the relationship between love, faith, humility, and obedience. Then the exercise of these qualities in the outworking of theology through devotion to scriptures, fellowship, communion, and prayer is examined. My research focused upon three areas of exploration: is God always present; can effective pastoral leadership skills be identified; and is balanced leadership in the church driven by sound theology? My purpose was to learn more about pastoral leadership as it relates to the life and mission of the church during times of disagreement and conflict. From Scripture, I focused on Moses as a model leader who faithfully led the people of God along a difficult journey of change, conflict and reconciliation. Building on a foundation of readings about pastoral leadership and church conflict, along with business management resources, my strategy was to prepare a series of questions to help guide my interviews with other pastors. The results indicated that there was such a relationship.  In other words, more spiritual maturity meant a more positive coping with the challenges of aging.  Spiritual maturity was determined by measuring a set of spiritual attitudes and spiritual practices.  While these two components cannot guarantee the development of spiritual maturity, they are usually present in those persons who have achieved a higher degree of spiritual
