A questionnaire was given before and after the course. In this trinitarian understanding of stewardship, Christian stewards are empowered through baptism to live as little Christs.  One of the critical needs is to reground stewardship in baptismal theology.  Baptismal theology also reveals the need for interpersonal relationships among God's people.  Without interpersonal relationships it is almost impossible to communicate and teach wholistic stewardship.
