Although the Trinity is a primary Christian doctrine, it is often neglected in popular Christian teaching.  The project employs a manual and questionnaire to educate and evaluate participants in small groups in a 'seeker-targeted' church. This project describes a process for developing a written staff covenant with a large church staff based on the order and theological bases of Reformed (Christian) worship.  The project examines the Trinitarian image of God as a theological model for good human (staff) relationships; relates Trinitarian theology to modern models of organizational management; and highlights the order of Lord's Day worship as a theological superstructure for meaningful church staff community.  A process that develops a written staff covenant emerges from the initial theological study.
