Trinity Baptist Church is located in a city that is seeing phenomenal growth and change, from being a small farming community to the second largest municipality in Orange County, Florida.  Many of the people moving to our community are members of the Bridger Generation, which is the second largest generation in American history.  This generation is very different from previous generations.  The challenge for the church is to develop a strategy to evangelize the young adults.  This project researched strategic methods used to evangelize young adults.  Upon completion of the research, the project director led a select group of young adults to create a strategy to evangelize young adults in Apopka, Florida. The project director used the strategy-planning model to design and implement the project.  The program included a two-hour membership class and a six-week mentoring assignment.  Each new member was assigned a mentor based on age and marital status.  Adult new members will acquire a greater understanding of church theology and philosophy with a membership class.
