The project is based on theoretical foundation of Bible, theology, history and the social sciences of organizational development and education. Successful, innovative programs in other churches are examined. The purpose was to improve faith resources for contemporary Christians.  In a series of ten lessons the project presented biographical statements and spiritually relevant issues.  A seven step decision-making process was the uniting theme.  Methods employed were sermons, pictures, role-playing, discussion, pre- and post-tests, and evaluation questionnaires.
