Loudsville experienced plateau and decline in congregational, missional, and financial areas of community life. The approach presented in this study could potentially help congregations to rediscover their ontology and then to align the community of the church to the Divine Archetype. Recognizing the mutual ministry of laity and clergy, a core group called the pastor's advisory committee (PAC) was formed to study, develop, and implement such a plan.  The aim of this project was threefold: to identify the problem of inactivity within the membership; to develop biblical/theological thought on inactivity; and to employ a pilot program to start the reassimilation process.
