The writer conducted a ten-week seminar at Eastfield College near Dallas, training eight professors in a biblical, historical, legal and practical study of church and state issues related to education.  The participants were evaluated by a pretest and posttest as to their knowledge, attitudes and implementation in two areas: spiritual conflict, and ministry through vocation. Research methods include personal interviews, direct observation, and surveys of teachers and students of the target schools.  An in-service faculty development program is prepared and a field study is conducted with a group of twelve participants.
