College students are some of the most mold-able and send-able people and, for this reason, I will focus this thesis on them.  My argument will be to identify the student volunteer movement's methodology and compare it with today's mobilization methodology.  I will then compare the theological paradigms of today to those of the student volunteer movement's era. Using the historical methodology approach, I will compile these findings in an effort to research thoroughly the problem of How to Mobilize Christian Students to be Global Christians. The project director researched resources in the field of volunteer supervision, developed an annotated bibliography and a teaching standard with the help of experts in the field of Christian education, and, ultimately, created a training curriculum that addressed needs discovered in a survey of the church's volunteers and staff.
