The thesis is stated that the experiences of pregnant ministers provide clues about the nature of reality and God.  Feminist thought and process theology provide the basis for interaction-integration.  Such topics as community, life's tensions and power are the focus. East Ohio Conference"],"language_tesim":["English"],"abstract_tesim":["A factorial survey approach showed that latent racial, ethnic, and gender biases thwart implementation of a commitment to appoint pastors to churches 'without regard to race, ethnic origin, sex, or color'.  Little support was found to relate receptivity to religious beliefs, motivation, or involvement, except for attendance patterns and for respondents who have women pastors. Effects of racism and sexism education differ significantly. The author and ten women used two sections of the Spiritual Exercises of Saint Ignatius of Loyola to provide the framework for Christian decision making in developing such a process.  With Mary Magdalene as role model, they researched the needs of women through study, dialogue and personal experience and produced a written guide.
