The author studied the actual ministry contribution of the women in one agency, the obstacles they face and the needs they have.  Women comprise over half of this organization, yet their contributions to the work of God's kingdom on earth are largely unknown, even within their own agency.  The study discusses a number of factors that play into this invisibility, including women's lack of representation in the leadership structure of the mission. A Qualitative Enhanced Ethnographic Research Design was used. The research found that a significant sense of empowerment developed among project participants. A Tabre Women's Association of 110 women was organized to sustain the Spiritual Formation Support Circle and Sustainable Small Scale Enterprise Project.
