While youth ere assisted in thinking theologically through the retreat, this should have happened earlier in life. The thesis begins with an analysis of the need for new missionaries in the C\u0026MA while also showing how the denomination has addressed the issue. The second and third chapters provide a biblical-theological framework of missions and missionary recruitment along with a broad understanding of millennials and their postmodern context. Finally, a strategy for recruiting missionaries from among the millennials in the US Christian \u0026 Missionary Alliance is offered, providing helpful suggestions for local congregations to implement, as well as steps of action for the C\u0026MA to take at the national and district levels.
